Ateliem —
Your class business on one screen.
Ateliem is software for businesses that run classes — studios, schools and clubs. The calendar, attendance, class packs and payment records live in one app, with its own view for owners, staff, instructors, students and parents.
What Ateliem does
- Today, at a glance — who’s booked, whose pack is ending and who still owes, on your phone before you walk in.
- The week on one strip — which room, which hour, how many in, with attendance on each class card.
- Attendance from the phone — teachers tap who’s in and class packs count down by themselves.
- Payment records — mark what was paid by cash, transfer or card and see who still owes; money is taken the way you already do.
- Bring your list — upload an Excel or CSV file, or a photo of the paper list, and students are created for you.
- A login for every role — teachers see their own classes; parents see their child’s classes, attendance and classes left.
Who it’s for
For any business with a student list and a timetable: pilates, yoga, dance, fitness, music, martial arts, swimming, tennis, rowing, tutoring and hobby classes.
