SumApp —
Hours of content, minutes of insight.
SumApp turns a two-hour lecture, a 60-page PDF or a long YouTube video into clear notes in seconds — then quizzes you on it, so you know what actually stuck.
What SumApp does
- Summarize YouTube videos — paste a link and get the key ideas and takeaways as bullet points.
- Summarize PDFs and documents — textbooks, articles, slides or reports; snap a photo of a page and it reads the text for you (OCR).
- Record and transcribe — record a class or meeting and get a transcript, a summary and a list of action items.
- AI quizzes — generate practice questions from any summary and see what you missed before the exam.
- Chat with your document — ask “What is the main argument?” and get answers drawn from your own source.
Who it’s for
Built for students (lecture notes, exam prep, book summaries), professionals (meeting notes, report summaries) and creators (video and podcast summaries). If your week is full of long recordings, readings and videos, SumApp gives you the part that matters — and a quick way to check you really understood it.
