Habit AI terms of use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Habit AI: Daily Tracker (“Habit AI” or “the App”), developed and published by Teqergy, an independent app studio based in Türkiye (“Teqergy”, “we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Apple’s standard terms

The App is licensed to you under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Standard EULA”). These Terms add to the Standard EULA; if they conflict, the Standard EULA prevails to the extent required by Apple.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules. You may not copy, modify, resell, reverse-engineer or redistribute the App except as allowed by law.

3. Subscriptions and free trials

• Habit AI is free to download. Some features require a Habit AI Premium subscription (monthly or annual), purchased through the App Store.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase. Prices are shown in the App and on the App Store and may vary by country.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Where a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial ends when you purchase a subscription.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

4. Not medical advice

Habit AI provides general wellness and productivity suggestions, including AI-generated coaching. It is not medical, psychological, nutritional or other professional advice, and AI suggestions can be incomplete or inaccurate. Use your own judgement and consult a qualified professional before making changes that could affect your health.

5. Acceptable use

Please don’t use the App for anything unlawful, try to interfere with its normal operation, or attempt to access it in ways it wasn’t designed for.

6. Your data

Your habits are stored on your device. AI requests, analytics, crash reports and notifications are handled as described in the Habit AI Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping your device and backups secure.

7. Intellectual property

The App, including its design, text, graphics and code, belongs to Teqergy and is protected by intellectual-property laws. “Habit AI” and the Teqergy name and logos may not be used without permission.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or meet every need.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Apple

These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it, and is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms with the right to enforce them against you.

11. Termination

You can stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or end your licence if you materially breach these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The competent courts and enforcement offices of the Republic of Türkiye have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the current version; continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
